DirectionsNoble House is located at 9 Nobletown Road, Hillsdale, NY 12529, approximately 7.5 miles north of the center of Hillsdale. From Hillsdale, take State Route 22 North 7 miles, take soft right on Nobletown Road toward Route 71. Noble House is the 3rd house on the right.

Check-in / Check-outCheck-in is 3pm and check-out is 12pm (Noon).

EntryAt the front door, there is a keypad entry. The code is 6426. Enter the code and turn the handle counterclockwise. To lock, use the same code but turn clockwise.

OutdoorsThe grill is located in the back — there is usually a replacement propane tank in the small shed. There is a firepit on the lower part of the property (down the steps). There is a croquet set and a badminton/volleyball set in the small shed. String lights above the outdoor dining area can be turned on by plugging in to the nearby outdoor outlet.

Fireplaces5 bedrooms plus the library have gas fireplaces — turn on from the light switch on the side. Turn off when not in use. The living room fireplace is non-operational.

DiningThe main dining room table seats 8–10. The gate-leg table adjacent to the sofa can be pulled out to seat another 6+ people. Folding chairs are in the kitchen pantry closet.

GroceriesBig Y, Guidos, or Price Chopper in Great Barrington. Hillsdale Supermarket for basics. Old Egremont Country Store (deli/liquor) about 5 miles south on 71. Hawthorne Valley Farm Store in Harlemville for organic produce and specialty items.

House RulesNo pets · No smoking · No parties or events · No confetti or glitter · Max 16 guests on property · Max 9 cars (8 in lot, 1 on street) · All guests 25+ · Keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10pm.

GarbageBagged trash and recycling go in the bin in the parking area. Please secure with the carabiner to keep animals out. Garbage pickup is Thursday morning.

Check-outStrip beds of sheets (leave mattress covers, duvet covers unless dirty, and blankets). Put sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, and used kitchen linens in baskets on the washing machine. Turn all 6 thermostats down to 60°. Turn off all gas fireplaces, AC units, fans, and lights. Close all windows. Empty fridge and freezer. Take out all trash and recycling. Lock door (same code, turn clockwise).
